The shower handle fell off when used, and the shower head was covered in grime, causing water to trickle out. I attempted to report the issue but received no follow-up after making the call. Additionally, the housekeeping service was lacking. after requesting a room cleaning, I returned to find minimal changes, only a couple of towels replaced without any other services.
